WHAT MAKES PURE BY FAITH BOUTIQUE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ONLINE STORES, ETSY OR AMAZON?

A majority of the items that you see here on PurebyFaith.com are made in the USA.  Items that are text or graphic based, this includes jewelry and apparel items, are custom made. This means they are made especially for you.  They are not produced until you place your order.  

 

SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Once we receive your order, the processing and delivery of your item is divided into two parts - processing and shipping:

  • Processing: Refers to order verification, quality check and packaging.   The majority of our items are processed immediately after you place your order. Note:  Ring orders are sent to the manufacturer for fulfillment within 48 hours after the order is placed.  The manufacturer and shipping carrier process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

** Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days.

 

  • Shipping: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

 

Apparel:  Please allow 7 to 14 business days (includes production and shipping time)
Jewelry with a purple seal: Please allow 2 to 5 business days after the processing time to receive your item.

Rings and items without a purple seal:  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
    Please note:  We have warehouses in several states across the US and all over the world, therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times.

     

    WHAT CARRIER(S) DO YOU USE?

    We use USPS for all items. Items produced outside of the US are transported by USPS once they clear US customs. 

     

    HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

    You will receive an email with your tracking information once your item ships.  Once the item is delivered you will also receive a delivery confirmation

    You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing our customer support desk at PurebyFaithBoutique@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 Hours!

     

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We currently do no offer international shipping. This is something that we may have available in the near future.  If you live outside of the US and would like us to ship to your country, send us an email to PurebyFaithBoutique@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram or Facebook.  You can siimply say "Ship to 'YOUR COUNTRY!'". Example:  Ship to Canada!

     

    RETURN POLICY

    DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

    We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products, therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by any chance you receive an item that is defective, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a FULL refund. Please contact us at PurebyFaithBoutique@gmail.com to report any issues or concerns with a product you receive from us.  Please note:  You must email us to get the address for returns.  We will need to receive your defective item before issuing your refund.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

    We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have any questions, please email us at PurebyFaithBoutique@gmail.com.

     

    PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN

    I'D LIKE TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT PROTECTION.  WHAT DOES THAT COVER?

    • 2 Year Product Protection Plan includes one replacement / repair per item.
    • If your jewelry has any defects that is covered during the term, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Support Team at PurebyFaithBoutique@gmail.com and we will gladly repair or replace the item (at our option).
    • Damaged item needs to be returned at the customer's expense before a replacement item is shipped to customer. 
    • If purchased item is discontinued, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or higher value.
    • Please note, lost or stolen items are not covered by the plan.
